1. Booking and Payment
The student must notify Core Driver Training (Derby) Ltd once payment has been made. When making a bank transfer the student must use their invoice number as the payment reference so that the payment can be correctly identified. A training course, test booking, medical appointment or any other service is not considered confirmed until Core Driver Training (Derby) Ltd has received the payment and confirmed the booking in writing. Students must not assume that a booking has been secured until written confirmation has been issued by Core Driver Training (Derby) Ltd. Core Driver Training (Derby) Ltd accepts no responsibility for payments that cannot be matched to a booking due to incorrect or missing payment references.
2. Attendance and Punctuality
Students must arrive at the agreed meeting location at the agreed time. Failure to arrive on time or failure to attend may result in the training session being cancelled without refund or replacement training.
3. Travel, Accommodation, and Personal Costs
Core Driver Training (Derby) Ltd accepts no responsibility for accommodation costs, fuel costs, travel expenses or any other personal expenses incurred by students travelling to or from training locations.
4. Vehicle Breakdown
In the unlikely event of a vehicle breakdown every effort will be made to assist the student in rearranging training or testing. Core Driver Training (Derby) Ltd accepts no responsibility for loss of earnings, missed employment opportunities, missed university or educational days, or a student's inability to attend future dates.
5. High Visibility Clothing

If the provisional licence is not returned in a timely manner, it is the student’s responsibility to contact the DVLA directly to chase the application.
10. Module 3A Reverse Manoeuvre Certificate
The student is responsible for safeguarding their Module 3A certificate. A replacement certificate administration fee of £50 will apply.
